To help us fix a problem quickly, tell us which device you are using, what you were doing, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. Please do not send your password.

You can sign in with email and password, a magic link sent to your email, Google, or Apple. If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link.

If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same button to sign in again. If you used Apple's Hide My Email option, your account uses Apple's private relay address.

iPhone and iPad. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Koda, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged again. In the Koda app, Restore Purchases on the plan screen brings back a subscription bought with the same Apple Account.

Website. Sign in, open Settings, then Subscription, and choose Manage billing.

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made on the website, email us.

Sign in, open Settings, then Danger Zone, and choose Delete account. This removes your account and the data we hold for it. It cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first using the steps above.
